Telsynn is an unassuming danger for anyone with enemies. They're a chef and the owner of a popular seafood restaurant chain in the Bastion. They're a trusted and reputable business, and they serve good food. However, if a target is chosen, either via a contract or they have a personal reason, they or one of their cooks will prepare a dish laced with a slow-acting fugu-like toxin. A final meal, and a killing tool that's impossible to trace by the Bastion's law enforcement.

They had gained notoriety recently as they had once tried to kill Taketzu. The naga only managed to survive, though was hospitalized, because they underestimated how big of a dose was needed to kill him. Taketzu wasted no time in finding the culprit. With his network of spies, agents and informants, Telsynn was inevitably caught. But instead of punishing them, Taketzu chose to spare and recruit them on his payroll. In his words, "Such talents shouldn't go to waste". Now Telsynn continues to run their restaurants and kill on the naga's orders.
