Christmas and New Years haven't been great. I've been struggling with a LOT of mental and external factors in my life.
Medication is just about keeping me together, but still need a lot of help with my mind.
Sleeping at night is still a huge problem, knowing my night-terrors and sleep paralysis, struggling with psychosis and my severe anxiety/paranoia...its been bad.
I just get stupidly tired, and need to crash on the spot. Sometimes I get to nap, sometimes I fight through or just mellow to music. ~
I think Thrasher needs a pillow and a blanket. Haha.
