For even such a vicious and dumb brute such as Venom, there are shades of grey. I felt like the way his scars are so sharply picked out in this image by the choice of media, it highlighted that it was pain that shaped him into the callous creature he is. There is capacity for friendship in him, and warmth of emotion. But the scars run deep, and for many it would not be worth the trouble.
