WELL THEN. I guess he’s here to stay! So meet Kess the Southern Cassowary, flamboyant sassy ratite who would prefer people leave him be, but isn’t afraid of strutting his Stage Presence™.
He’s surprisingly graceful for a dumpy-looking fella, which he’s fine with people assuming he’s not. The less people expect out of him, the better he can surprise them. “Look, I know I’m not the most colorful birdie on the branch, but I got somethin’ those cocks-of-the-rock and paradise-plumeheads don’t.” He never does say what that something is.
