Its called therianthropy. Most people practicing therianthropy do not think actually physical shifting is possible, But im a member of the part of the therianthropy who does. It involves intense meditation that take alot of practice, but like anything gets easier over time. Heres the thing, I know for a fact that people have at least believed themselves to have shifted, but i don't know for sure that it isnt hullucination. I do know that i dont care if its hullucination though. Even if it is hullucination, its allowed me to become very close to my animal side of me. So close that a wolfs instincts affect me.
