Glitter_Pills isn't technically new to art, but he IS new to commissioning! Evidently, I was his first ever commissioner, and what an honor that is for me. :) Glitter_Pills has a pretty interesting style, I think, and this piece is exemplary of it. He's particularly creative with designing stylized backgrounds given very little to work with, and I think this combination of design and art talent helps him stand out more than either alone would do.

In addition to being his first commission, I believe this is also his first roo, which is double cool. :) Here we have Rooth'roo, chillaxin' with a cup of his usual joe. Well, granted, usually he has it overflowing with sweet sloppy goodness like whipped cream and flavoring and cherries and cinnamon sticks and whatnot. But Rooth'roo is between jobs, and on a tight budget, so he's sticking with home-brewed coffee without all that sugar (which explains his chillaxnatude here). I like how this came out, particularly his hair, 'cause it's all mussed and disheveled, which makes sense since he's usually ridiculously bouncy. ;) And hey, take a close look at that background, and tell me what you see? Isn't that COOL! Take a careful look at Glitter_Pills's other pieces like this, and you'll see some more coolness. BTW, that shirt was entirely his idea. I dig it. I want one. ;)
