After all these years, I'm still laughing at how stupid I am.

I rarely eat pork chops but it's mostly because I don't like the way it's prepared. No party in Miami is complete without a giant tray of poorly seasoned, lard encrusted fat dripping chunks of dead pig. My wife's family have all kid of theories about me reticence to eat them being religion related.

But the other day at a lame office party I was surprised to find lean, thinly cut and correctly cooked and condimented pork steaks.
