Go on Fireworks, sketch out the poses in green, zoomed in a lot, went over the sketch in black pixels, do the block colours, add shading, colour the pixels around it in colours slightly darker than the main colours.

Pretty much xD

well whatever the case it's very VERY nice. and i agree with omgitsbea, you should do some of these for other peeps. if i had one, i might just die from awesome
