Technically, the only reason Sera wears clothes is because she's a member of Team Rocket and wants to show Rocket pride. She's perfectly happy and not shy to not wear clothing. Afterall, pokemon don't really wear clothes in the wild... It's just, as I said, a 'uniform' of sorts.
I was raised with old fashioned parents who into my late teens still threatened it. It was a rare that it actually happened, though. IRL.. I can say I probably wouldn't feel right doing so... mostly for the fact I see it more as a fetish shared between consenting adults. This was just a scene from an rp, afterall... it wouldn't happen if the stage was real life.
