Glow specks on skull and body
Glowing eyes and mouth "web"
Glowing thick scales along the body
Iridescent underwing, faded wing markings on outer side (on specked side)

Wastinaw-
Tail is reflective/shiny, not glowing
Iridescent tongue, spines/spikes, and horns
One broken face spike

Rules:
No tracing/stealing/etc
No begging/whining/bullying/etc
