I wanted to give Lucky a bit of an update since his design was boring. Cocky, optimistic, and eternally unlucky, this ghost pokemon died at a casino and has been basically haunting it ever since. Which is to say blowing his money on blackjack and trying to pull off small time scams for a quick buck. Which despite being dead had left a mark on him. That hasn't stopped him from trying to make it rich quick.
