(yes I've been watching too much Bleach)

"You can't win, stay down kit!" The angry voice rumbled almost like thunder as the tall jet black kitsune stood over the smaller pink fox's downed form. Panting, bleeding and hurt the pink kitsune slowly stood.
"You never could take a joke, Judge....come on that old statue was just sitting there collecting dust." The pink kitsune's voice was soft and hid the pain well as those lips slowly curled into a mischievous smile.
"Damn it Patches can't you ever take anything serious?! You stole a sacred statue of the Goddess Inari from a temple! Now I have to kill you and bring your head to the temple. Just hold still and I'll make this quick!" The giant of a kitsune rose his large war axe into a ready pose. Judge was not known for his patience or his subtle ways, he was known for swift quick judgment and punishment.
"Fraid I can't let you do that, fox....you wanted me to be serious, right? Alright then, watch closely..." Patches crossed his arms, the pink of his fur turning light gray, his hair extending as his tails split apart forming not three but seven long tails behind him. The patch of black fur around his eye expanded to cover the entire half of his face as vines and plants around him started to grow. Judge was for the first time in his existence completely silent.
"But...but you're only 200 years old! You can't have seven tails!" Judge barely choked out the words. Kitsune only gained one new tail every 100 years and each tail meant they became more powerful. Judge being a five tail should have easily been able to beat a three tail.
"Sorry but I can't hold this form for long....so I'll make it quick..."
