Flashy Nappy, the ultimate diaper changer
During the day she is the Padded Princess of the Foals, but when Princess Celestia lowers the sun she turns into a mystic mare, a pony who patrols the streets of Canterlot with only one purpose, changing every dirty diaper in no time. No matter how damp or gross are the diapers of the baby ponies in the city, she is prepared to change all of them in matter of seconds thanks to her alicorn magic and her special multi tool. If you need her help you just need to call Flashy Nappy!
Wow! You have no idea how fun was to do this artwork :3 It was at the same time really complicated to do because of obvious reasons, there are no references of specifically this. I had to work a lot on the sketch and also in the color scheme to finally get a drawing that satisfied me enough. Since a long long time ago I thought again and again "how would be a super hero pony specialized in diapers?" I always felt unsure of trying this silly idea... Until last week. Apparently the holidays and the challenges I was able to overcome with the collab drawings renovated my artistic spirit and I started to work on this hardly right after Christmas. It was hard, it required a lot of attention to detail, it required a lot of tests, a lot of color and background changes, but it is finally completed and she looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
So, what do you think? Is this the super hero that you were waiting for or not? :3

Most certainly! 'Flashy Nappy' is also a great way to expand upon 'The Padded Princess of the Foals' role as 'Guradian of Foal Welfare'.

I imagine there are very poor ponies who are barely able to help their foals to have a chance at a better life than they may have been born into. The parents, single parent, relative, or other caretaker has to make many sacrifices to make sure their little one has a chance in the world.
Perhaps they get very little sleep? They may even have to fall behind on their nutrition to ensure the best for the foal? There is also the worry about not being able to get proper medical care if a pony parent does not believe they have enough bits to participate in regular check-ups / annual health physicals. This can be worse if the parent and/or child may require special treatments to cope with a disease they did nothing to intentionally acquire.

Now enter our hero, Flashy Nappy! She has learned from Princess Luna how to visit the dreams of foals along with young fillies and colts. Through these dreams she can hear them calling out for help by how they feel scared, or worried, as a result of how they may be picking up on the feelings of their caretakers. 'The Padded Princess of the Foals' then takes note of those most in need, talks with Princess Luna before 'The Moon Princess' begins her nightly responsibilities, and gets to work at gathering special diaper bags that are filled with everything a caretaker may need to care for their little one. Most importantly, Flashy Nappy would give each struggling family a card that will allow them to get the health care they need to be at optimal health without costing them a single bit.
In the time between her special deliveries to the neediest of foals and caretakers, Flashy Nappy would teleport into those nurseries of foals who have made a bit too much potty in their diapers and change them so their sleep is not disrupted and no rash has time to make the sensitive skin beneath each foal's coat irritated.

Since 'The Padded Princess' now has two super important roles, I can see why she may have to take a day, or two, to rest. (I still remember your wonderful posts on twitter. One, of course, being that she is resting and will get back to whomever leaves a message once she, like her beloved foals of Equestria, gets her much needed sleep.).

Hehe thank you Yosh. I do agree with most of the things you mentioned here. I'm pretty sure that the Padded Princess of the Foals/Flashy Nappy does the things you said even if I haven't thought most of them before.
I was thinking a bit more in Flashy Nappy like the kind of super hero that comes in the right time, for example, when a single parent has to take care of a lot of different things and they are literally crying because they are unable to handle the situation of a foal needing help and also doing the rest of the tasks, Flashy Nappy arrives and in matter of seconds she controls the situation and flies away to another place where her help is needed. I can imagine that probably places like orphanages and hospitals may need a lot of her help. I can imagine how those places may require literally tens of diaper changes at the same time. With her super powers of an alicorn pony she can make all those changes in matter of seconds like a kind of production line. The personal of those places will look impressed how their troubles disappear instantly.
For some foals she can even be a kind of legend. I can imagine how a soggy colt receives her visit in the middle of the night. She appears in the window of the bedroom and almost whispering to avoid disturbing the rest of the family, she changes that soggy diaper without effort and the little colt can return to sleep in no time. Then she jumps from the window and disappears in the night. The colt runs to the window to see her, but she is already gone.

I like the idea of the young filly, or colt, waking in the night to a cold diaper that just makes their sensitive hind quarters feel not so good. They are just about to whimper when, suddenly, they hear a gentle humming coming from their window.
Now that they are distracted from the unhappy feeling in their diapers, they would look towards the window to see Flashy Nappygently phasing through the window and into their room.
"Hush now, little one," she would say in soft motherly tone. "I am here to help you return to the sweetest of sweet dreams.".
The scent of lavender would waft from the heroic Alicorn while she lights her horn to surround the foal in a magical aura of warmth.
"That is it," she would say in a voice just higher than a whisper. "Close your eyes and know you are loved."
Flashy Nappy goes on to use more of her magic to conjure her 'Magical Diaper Bag' while she hums a lullaby. Her magic is also gently rocking the foal in her warm aura as she goes about taking off the used diaper, cleaning the foal of irritants, dabbing on some rash cream and baby oil, generously powdering a fresh diaper, which also has her heroic appearance upon it, and snuggly putting the fresh padding around the, at this time, nearly asleep foal.
"Good," she would say in a gentle whisper while bringing up the young one's blankie and lovey. "I love you."
"Love you, too," the foal would reply just before falling asleep. Their mind lost in if they had really seen, or just dreamed, what had happened as Flashy Nappy phases back out of the window in which she came in through.
The next morning, mom and dad wake up feeling more rested than they have in a very long time. Their first reaction is panic due to having already expecting their foal to have been in need of their love and attention. This fear is quickly replaced with joy when they see the youngster just starting to wake up in their crib. The foal had managed to wriggle out of the blankie and both parents smile wide upon seeing that their little one was visited by Flashy Nappy.
"I'm sorry if I have been unfriendly to you," the one parent would say to the other.
"And I'm sorry that I yelled at you over something so silly," the other would say.
With both parents realizing how a good night of rest has cleared their minds of pent up stress, while also knowing their foal got the love and attention they needed during the night, the family decides to make today the happiest of days by spending time together to bask in the joy of family.

Hehe yes. I was imagining the whole situation pretty much like that :3 Just add some heroic music like that one from the Power Ponies episode and everything is exactly as I was imagining :3
By the way, I know you don't have a good perspective of how the drawing is, so let me tell you that Flashy Nappy has an harness with a gadget that can expand several mechanic wires to hold the different items that she needs for the diaper change so she can hold any of them with her magic. There are more nice details of the drawing that you should know but maybe I will explain you all of them more deeply in a future PM :)
