Here we have Elissa Grant, a former captain of the US military who has been afflicted with the same curious condition as the much previously features Michael Astra. Beautifully depicted by  BluezGooz, Elissa descends upon her vast wingspan in minimalist, but comfortably fitting attire, something of a contrast to Astra's ruined clothes or outright nakedness. Hope to expand on her stories and featured commissions in the future, really love how she's turned out.
