New lore for my world of Cendrillion!
The Hotel Lucience complex is absurdly large with a arsenal of grotesque lore behind it! Now this is also Cendrillions version of Alice in Wonderland.
When a guest/tenant checks in, their hologram which is a white rabbit that will lead them to their room/home regardless of their location within the hotel.
Hotel Lucience is one of the largest structures in all of Cendrillion. The building itself encompasses approximately 5 square miles of land and towers upwards both downwards.
The hotel began as a simple camp for bands of escaped prisoners of war, then flourished until it eventually became a symbol of peace between lands. Centuries passed and as the mighty product of master architecture grew, the older sections were left unattended and fell to ruin.
Now Hotel Lucience is a very popular attraction which offers both the temporary luxury of a hotel or a more permanent stay in the apartment complex district.
The oldest and most notably neglected areas were the deep underground.
It smelled like a salad of sour fruit, moldy sneakers, blood, and decay. Cracking walls lined the dim hallways and dirty paint peeled from the ceiling. Fluorescent lights strobe-flashed, casting shadows from objects not really there. The steady drip of condensation nagged the silence and corroded the patience of even the most saintly men.
Many shady beings occupied the forlorn halls well outside the keen eyes of cameras and security, performing "duties" for society that were strictly prohibited in every district of the world.
Sometimes, within the slums of Hotel Lucience, the White Rabbit program will have a hiccup and lead a guest to the deepest bowels of the Hotel where there's a good chance they will not return. Perhaps its not an "accidental" hiccup afterall...

Working on a world building project with my partner pcz Its about Cendrillions largest Hotel/ apartment complex, Hotel Lucience! I did the matte painting and my partner handled the glitch effect!
Remember that Cendrillion is a retrofuturistic world. Think cyberpunk meets the 1950s!
