The Cerebrum, the fulcrum of the thousand eyes system it's impressive and massive network of Neuronetworks are able to compute and digest the data flows coming from the Cardium ships, accumulating experience, tactical knowledge and any information that allow the Ultra fleet and land forces to have the edge against it's enemies.

The fortress is made of 3 main components:
- The main body: where the central cortex and the main computing neuronetworks are located, some minor docking bays for the few organics that are allowed on board and some habitats to allow permanence on board to organics, it's lower section have 6 large sized pods mounted externally, they are 6 identical emergency backups in the worst case scenario where the Fortress is overrun.
- The lower body: an elongated structure that houses the landing and resupply pads for the the outer defensive networks of Irises class Drones, that via their modular mirror and stealth field emitters work in a spherical array to hide and mask the presence of the Fortress and eliminate any form of incoming foe or munitions.
- The Ring: situated around the main body it's a large ring array of high power beam weapon emitters supported by large sized binated mass driver turrets, the ring is position also allow to give the most efficent protection to the main body via a series of deflection field antennas.
