A character I've adopted and then adapted to my own for  ReturnToSender 's Blimpball project! Her name's Madam Hex and she's the euphoric disaster of a Team Captain for my team~! Following this a description taken from a personal lore sheet I've been developing personally!

Lore
Madam Hex was originally a human, “Aaron.” Needing a good gig that would pay well, he would accept a job offer from a literal weasel of a toon who offered a mascot job for an up and coming team for a unique new “splort.” Sounded legit. A totally inconspicuous painted hole in the wall and a large surprise paintbrush attack later left the now former human looking preciously feline with a strange fascination over their new look. Perfect for the mascot gig.
Or it would if that job was actually legit, since shortly afterward the truth was known that the job was a hoax and a weasel played them to perma-TF them into a cute toon like the others. The curious thing about that is that Aaron, or rather “Madam Hex” as they are known now, isn’t entirely panicked about it. Or more specifically, they are…
...But they are also incredibly excited and stoked about it. This look is far from what their fursona would even be, and yet, there’s a particular high from being a mascot.
Though Madam constantly worries about what her new life means for her former one and everything that came with it, she is nonetheless thrilled to experience it at the same time.
Alongside the huge high that comes from inflating herself for Blimpball as the Hallows Zone Hexes’ Team Captain. She came into this game like a fish to water, or a cat to mischief.
