Commission - A Better World With You
You don't know me, but this is truly like a window right into the deepest part of my soul.
I fell in love with [him] five years ago and we have wanted nothing more than to be together, but have encountered tremendous obstacles at every turn. But [he] and I have our own world apart from all of this, and that is my refuge, and what you've captured so beautifully in your art. How I can be so deeply connected with someone on the other side of the world, through our dozens of texts every day and a couple hours on video chat if we're lucky... but still, I don't think two hearts have ever been closer... It's something I absolutely cannot describe in words, but you have done so beautifully and perfectly with your art.
I can't express enough how grateful I am for all the hours of thought and effort that must have gone into this. I just wanted you to know how deeply it's touched me and that it will be treasured all my life. I know I'll be looking at this every day and especially when things start to feel unbearably hard. It's like a mirror directly to that place of pure love deep inside, where none of the bad shit matters and I have everything I need. Thank you.
