When we reached the parking lot for the hiking trail we decided to attempt, we spotted this little fellow scampering around. I'm delighted to have found a fellow rodent although this was the best shot of him I could get.

I was astounded at how shy my dos are. They get no end of love from us, and desire it greedily! But they are very shy around others, even those they know. Well, the Jack Russell is much better now, but the poor Sheltie is so shy!!!
