I had a friend who kept referring to skinks as skanks because she's not much of an animal person and didn't know. That got a little weird when I took her to Reptile Amazon and she blurts out "SHOW ME THE SKANKS, MY KID WANTS ONE" at the employees. Lol, second languages.
