I haven’t had the chance to make this again, yet. But I still wanted to try and share what I have for the moment, regardless. ヽ(´▽`)ノ 🙏🏻❤️❤️🙏🏻
Main Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces shredded pepper Jack cheese
(Separate) white sauce ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate crescent dough into 16 triangles and place on a greased, round pizza pan with points toward the center. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan to form a crust; seal seams. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, cooking for 30 seconds before whisking in flour, pepper, salt and oregano. Whisk to combine well. Slowly add milk, whisking until well combined. Continue whisking occasionally until desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until smooth.
In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until almost set.
Spread sauce over the crust. Top with eggs and cheeses. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
