Feathered Cobra Dragon
Wasn't sure what to do for a palette for this design, so I defaulted to my normal greyish purple lmao
I couldn't decide which version was better, so I'm posting both. My personal favorite parts are the glowy tail tip and shoulder markings xD The original idea for this was a Feathered Cobra dragon, where the feathers move around and can be flattened or flared open like a Cobra's hood.
