its called Dropfleet commander, it peaked my interest when I wandered into the gaming store and saw a battle going on, between the UCM (hoomans) and the PHR (robo hoomans). I latched onto the UCM, then saw a guy setting out the resistance ships. I don't know what I got the scheme from or why. but I really like the dark colors with the bold bands.
