Okay so I've played around with   Tenzide 's model (rigged by   Waeverstan ) a bit more. I think the only part of the rig that's going to give me any trouble are the facial bones - I'll definitely need to do some reweighting around the mouth and probably the eyes, too. There's some distortion around the joints when I try to do any extreme posing but that's to be expected.

Did a little shopping around to see what other nsfw Renamon models are out there
-   Alargewoodenbadger has a version with leaner proportions and more detail in the fur textures that I'd like to try, but right now I've only got the SFM model which hasn't taken porting into Blender very well
-   AkkoArcade has a model with more pronounced musculature, larger limb proportions and plantigrade legs
-   Warfaremachine has two versions, the older having a longer snout and more human body proportions, the 2019 version having actual mesh fur detailing on the tail and legs
-   Kekitopufa has a version matching their soft-body toon style
- Zy0n7 has a version clearly geared to just be cute and sexy with plenty of costume options, but the copy available on Gumroad isn't rigged

Because of who I am as a person, I'll probably wind up buying each of these models (assuming I haven't already) as an xmas present for myself and seeing which one I like best. OR I'll get paralyzed by indecision, give up and start playing with a Lopunny model I bought instead. Or possibly even one after the other.
