In a recent battle with shellos, Duncan had just been healed and was ready to fight again only to be told to remain where he was by a smeargle who suddenly took to the field. Up to then this smeargle had been just a spectator but now he had on an official looking shirt that said “Paw Inspector". Who was he? What had he seen that required a pause in the battle? We will give him some time since it must be important. I do hope Duncan is alright.
