Something that has brought me comfort in unhappy times is doing 'tummy time' when possible. Lying down on my belly and just thinking 'happy thoughts', listening to videos, or battling in 'Pokemon Go!, really feels good and, in most cases, I get all sleepy and, with sleepy, I feel relaxed.

Well, age does not matter when it comes to being comfortable while gaming. I just find doing more 'Tummy Time' makes for more relaxed play while adding in the bonus of stretching out the arms and legs and putting less pressure on your patootie.
