Yep, these are the important things to mention, rather than "lookit that piggo's arms bein' so fat that I dunno how she even reaches her own face with that food! But that can be a good thing if we need her to stop blimping out even more immobile. Or still a good thing if somebody is bringin' her food to keep gettin' her fatter even as difficult to move as she is. Everything is good outcome when yer that tubby" XD

It's a little complicated to explain, but basically inverse in this case refers to her having inverted species with her twin brother, as well as inversed fur palettes. The mirror part is where it's negative, in that she's the opposite of how she would normally be.
