This is a new Yugioh monster introduced in one of the recent episodes of SEVENS, the latest arc. Naturally, the good monster design is wasted as it's used to fuse into a generic cobra monster thing. Anyways, I liked him, so here he is. His name is a bit of a pun; in Japanese you'd pronounce it as "Crown" making it ambiguous whether or not he's a clown or the name just refers to the crown.
