I don't really have a story for this one. Chris was strolling in the forest and a p-balloon floated by and touched his chest. He had no idea what it was, and was unsurprisingly shocked when it popped and blew his chest up three times its original size. He'll eventually come to love this new quirk as it can be successful at attracting females- which will soon be crushed when he finds out that this effect only lasts about 5 minutes.
The reason the balloon didn't inflate his whole body was because it was a small balloon.
I've been working on this picture since September, so I'm so glad it's finally done. It's a digitalized version of a pic I drew a few years ago.
