Illustration from the story "Heat Man marries Cold Woman." A story from the Salish indians about why we have winter and summer. At one point Heat Man is flying on the back of a giant golden eagle to find his future wife beyond the frozen mountains.
I took a few liberties with the golden eagle.... it's a tad big more gold than it should be :P
