"Today was an interesting day indeed.
I can't tell you how many people have asked to dance with me on stage ever since I started performing in public. Kids, intoxicated men, you get the idea. I was approached by a woman who wore dance attire of her own. A fellow practitioner of the art is a nice sight indeed, but this was a special case. What struck me immediately was her lack of arms. I didn't mean to look so shocked in front of her, but she smiled and didn't seem bothered by my reaction at all. Of course I accepted her request to join me, as I was curious to see how she could perform with her situation. We took to the stage, and as we danced for the crowd, I could see the passion in her eyes as she moved elegantly with her feet. The way she used her tail to manipulate the chain on her outfit was smart and creative, I could learn a thing or two from her mindset! All in all, it was an honour to have a dance partner like her today. Whenever I feel down or I struggle with my next performance idea, I will remember Guan. Despite her challenges, it never stopped her from walking forward with a smile on her face, eager for an opportunity to do what she enjoys. Thats the kind of dancer I aspire to be!"

"Today was one of the best days I've had in a long time.
I saw her dancing on stage in the park a few days ago. Either by herself or with volunteers from the audience. And in either case, it was beautiful. Graceful. Joyous. Everything dance had once meant to me. Back when I still...
Well, back then, anyway. I knew I still had the talent. Clumsy and awkward movements under the disdainful leering of bandits soon became mesmerizing lines as I adapted to my new body. And yet, I hadn't regained my ability to dance at all. It was a new weapon along with my enchantment magic to free myself from my brutal captors, but that was never what I wanted my dancing to be. Had the Endless Knives robbed me of my love for that art along with my arms after all?
No. I've worked hard to reclaim my life, and with help, maybe I can find that passion anew. So I had Cassandra dress me in the same sort of dancing garb as what I had when I escaped (mostly; these chains would be decorative instead of hobbling), and hoped against hope that she would be on that stage again today!
Of course, I got The Stare, but then, I get The Stare from everyone. It's long since not bothered me anymore, so I smiled to set her at ease, and asked to join her. To see once and for all if the passion was still there. And oh, Shevace, but it was wonderful to dance with someone so skilled! Her lines complemented mine, our rhythms flowing together as one! To go from being taken aback to dancing in harmony with an armless person over the course of but a few songs in front of a crowd of people. Not many people can just accept the unusual as their own like that. All in all, it was a blessing I didn't know I'd needed. Whenever I feel down or alien to myself, I will remember Viola. She helped me rediscover the dancer I'd always aspired to be!"
