She was kind of a background character I didn’t intend to do much with, and one day I realized I never had shown her speaking, so I thought ‘what if she’s mute?’ And then I thought ‘what if I make her homicidal and zany?’ And she became the opposite of what I intended for her. She’s a lot more fun to draw now XD

How to get back at Santa and get back to the nice list:
1- leave him a plate full cookies with laxatives.
2-lock all the bathroom doors.

I feel like, despite her penchant for knives and her general speechless threats, she's not actually a mean person... just has fun with people constantly underestimating her. Because she looks short and cute, but she's actually a gremlin that likes to pull pranks that go just a tad over the line.
I forget, is Ruby from China or Hong Kong? I think I've heard it mentioned she was from Hong Kong, but I'm not sure. Someone I used to know said she only spoke Mandarin (which explains her general lack of dialogue in anything I've ever seen), but that would put her as being from China or Taiwan. I need closure and to know if I'll need to know Cantonese, should I make her list.
