had a borderline/bipolar episode yesterday and to relax i started painting this, i think the motion is really helpful to get my mind off of the ridiculous things i think and feel and its very very relaxing...

Just cause im visibly crying on the outside doesnt mean im not logical in the end, its really strange to be able to feel and think bad things but say i am aware and still having a good time

i dont like having episodes during my vacation time or infront of people i care about, i know i look silly maybe even crazy but its okay cause no matter what my friends still love me
