And does the stove have a means of producing more rolling pins at need? That would also be a wonder.

steamfox and I discussed this. My theory was that the Stove has a magazine of rolling pins loaded by clips. If you look closely at Roy’s drawing, you’ll see the Stove has a readout for how many pins are loaded.

I've not seen that ep. of Mythbusters; all I can say is that Brooks' version dates from ca. 1977 (when "Silent Movie" came out), so it long predates Jamie's, I'll wager.
