Two of two 1.5 hour quick commissions for 
RodonEndWell of his Raichu with a pouch (an interesting concept imo) and Snivy! Off to their next adventure, though somebody ain't too keen on watching the sunrise at the moment. Also that is one big Pelipper to transport them. Hope he/she ain't hungry.... PFF

They've nothing to worry about. We only go after electric-types to show off, ergo they'll have plenty of warning that they're about to get gulped by him/her landing in front of a bunch of other pelippers and declaring "Read em' and weep!"
Also, yes, they're a lot bigger than the Pokedex stats imply. You can see in some moments in the anime (like here or here) that even an adult human could fit if they were willing to curl their knees up to their chest.
