The richest Toad in Toad Town, a unique version of Toad Town, where she replaces the recently deceased Princess Peach as ruler (killed by Danny by accident starting the war.)

She funds Elli and her group that landed on the Mushroom Kingdom side of the continent, by letting them use Peach's old castle and using it to buy supplies and other stuff needed to face off against Danny, Milla, and the Koopa Kingdom.
