❤ INGREDIENTS ❤
. 1-2x Yellow Onion
. 2-3 Cups Diced Ham
. 16 oz. Sour cream or Plain yogurt
. 2x Bag of shredded cheese
. 8-9 small or 6 large Russet potatoes
. Salt . Pepper . Garlic & Additional seasonings of your choice
. 1x large can of cream of chicken
❤ DIRECTIONS ❤
1. Dice > wash and ready up your ham & potatoes
2. Allow your ham to cook down (allows the water to cook off so the casserole isn't soupy) > Season ham while it cooks.
3. Allow your potatoes to boil until fork ready & drain. (set aside in a large casserole pan)
4. Add your diced onion into the cooking ham > Begin your sauce.
5. Sauce: take the sour cream / yogurt > mix with the canned soup & half the bag of cheese with 1/3 - 1/2 cup milk > stir to desired thickness.
6. When potatoes are boiled > ham is cooked down. Add all ingredients together thoroughly.
7. Top with cheese > Bake (covered with foil or casserole lid) until golden or desired > 375*
8. Top with 1 tbsp sour cream & add salt/pepper to taste if needed

. Dice your potatoes to bite sizes > Allows to cook faster & eating made easy
. Serves well with toasted bread &/or veggie of choice if desired
. Russet potatoes can also be subbed for thawed out hashbrowns (another recipe I will make for you guys soon)
