The first Tauren Lion I made, using the pattern from "The A to Z of Soft Animals." His tail was much shorter, and I didn't care for how the body looked with such thick fur. You can really see a difference on the White Tauren Lion, where I used a shorter pile of fur. But at least I could shave a little smile into this guy's face, which turned out pretty cute. I also put his crescent marking way too far back on his shoulders, because I misjudged where everything would line up in the final piece.

Oh well, he's got a place of honor on my shelf forever, my own little mistake friend.
