Okay the idea behind this, is that I've always imagine the Red Fem Hipposcout parents are both dead (Maybe?), but I hadn't come up with, designs for them yet, and when I was working on the the Red Fem Hipposcout in the 'Birdie' cosmetic, it gave me this idea, why not design Hipposcout's mother after the cosmetic?
So...yeah base her Mum on the cosmetic too, so here we have Sugar Rush the previous Red Fem Hipposcout, for the Red Team.
