Hawk Moth senses Freddy and his friends sorrow after Scott Cawthon's political donations followed by his retirement.

Hawk Moth: "A band losing their creator who gave them life. There is nothing artificial about those emotions. Fly away my little akuma and evilize their mechanical hearts!"

The akuma enters a party hat that was previously pass down to each other wishing Scott to return.

Hawk Moth: "Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy, I'm Hawk Moth, I can see you beloved creator was wrongfully judged for what he believed to be right. Freddy, you'll be Black Bear; Bonnie, you're now Electric Purple, Chica will be Mother Chef, and Foxy you will be called Captain Jogger, I'm giving you each your own powers making you the Wish Making Punishers. You will be freely to punish those who criticize Scott but I don't give this kinda power for free."

Freddy: "With a pleasure, Hawk Moth. They should've known better without Scott, we wouldn't be here! They have the nerve to call us monsters while they prove to be no better themselves!"

Bonnie: "I'll put on a grand performance they will never forget and a comeback for our Scott! All of you will listen to my music!"

Chica: "Me and Mr. Cupcake will cook up something special for all of them as they will be the main course for every ingredient made from my love!"

Foxy: "You will all see who is the wild and rightful ruler! No escape! No more freedom! All of you will obey Scott and us!"

Powers and Abilities: Freddy can blend into every shadow, regardless how small it is. He can travel from one place to another as long as there are shadows, and provide to hide himself and spy on others. If there is light vanishing every shadow, Freddy will be force to come out. He also has enhanced strength; Bonnie can create concussive beams and soundwaves from his guitar. He is also strong and very agile; Chica can create cheese from her hands, she can control, bend, and construct them at will, allowing her to attack from a distance. She can harden the cheese she creates and also provides a sticky adhesive to trap others. While the cheese can fill someone's stomach, it taste awful. Her cupcake provides a telepathic connection with her for surveillance, allowing Chica to hear Mr. Cupcake's thoughts and see what he sees. She is also agile; Foxy is the most physical capable of the four, with a sword and combat prowess, Foxy is very fast and agile, moving faster than the eye can follow. His hook also acts like a grapple, allowing him to swing from one place to another, and also act like a fishing hook that tethers anything Foxy has latched the hook onto.
