Witch Hazel armor allows Israeli to focus on low to high level magic spells. It acts as a sort of Noobie intro to magic outfit. Teaching him how to focus his power and manifest it into elemental type spells. It comes with a broom to fly and bludgen with.
Unfortunately for israeli, the witch hazel armor was designed for a woman and is a middle split dress with magi trouseres to allow for agility/dodging. Magi Hazel was rather short so her outfit incorperated platform shoes as well.
Though Malaki as the outfit relishes israeli's embarresment, he cannot deny the tramendous benifit it allows as a teaching tool to use magics.
