cool pic it looks pretty good. I and I see that you are changing up you poses more which is a good thing... some things to look out for are shoulder width, the guys head looks very large compared to the body because the head is almost as wide as the body ... or maybe wider. So that's one thing to look out for. also the arms length need to be more even. on arm looks straight and the other arm is bent but near the hands they look like one are is longer then the other. Red looks great though! I do not see very much you would need to change for her. Wings look god and I like the cute tail.
I got some anime books that I use to help me. You may want to start to build up your ref pics. I think a few searches on DA for body proportions will also yield some results. also you can buy one of those little model wood guys. I had a very flexible spider man toy that I use to post in different shapes to help me visualize a pic for a pose.
