It's the character from  poinko's Lancaster the Ghost Detective in need of braces! (As typical of rabbits) I did it thinking of  King-Cheetah's style because, let's face it, you see her drawn by him more often. Plus it's from him we learned that she lives with Racie Fairre! Bow chikka bow wow? I'm not drawing that. Sorry. Btw, the Carrot Top shirt is based on a shirt I have and hey, it fits! (kinda tight) X3
