Scott Cawthon: "Thank you, dearly Hawk Moth. I might even write a game about it!"

Powers and Abilities: Scott can manipulate the data stream and construct to his liking. He can it bring anything into the real world and give it life. He can also travel into the network and alter the internet, thereby changing history to his liking.
