As dinner finished up and the sand cat parted ways with his scholarly compatriot, he'd venture forth, northward of all the modernity in the town unto the old sect, there, standing tall above all other buildings was the academy. Stranger yet still, as the rain begin to dribble from the sky there was a figure waiting by the door, vulpine ears flitting around as if listening for his approach.
"Why, it could not possibly be one of my most ambitious students, could it?" The figure would start, voice looming just above the rain as it'd stand up straight, unfolding his arms.
Stopping just under the jutted out entryway of the ancient building, he'd give a dry, unimpressed laugh. "You've got yet me again professor. How is it that you always know where I am?"
Cyan eyes would squint in amusement. "That is a secret, of course, now. I believe you wanted to practice your spellcraft. Let us do just that, and see how much you can accomplish this time." Gesturing towards the door, it would creak open, old hinges worn.
