Haha, aww, well, lucky Cooni! :D I’m glad we’re getting to see the backstory of yet another major character. It’s really neat to see what you do to give them background and explain how they ended up in the Q&A and all that! I never knew his full name was Coonishi rather than just Cooni, I don’t think! And *giggles*, that’s such an interesting and creative way to steal things on the cute Yoshi’s part! :D Nishi looks so cute realizing he liked a boy kiss! :D And of course he’s pretty close to Fuxie at this point, not surprising with all the sister stuff, and has to make sure it’s okay with her. Fortunately it doesn’t really sound like something Fuxie would mind too much, I think, or even somethin’ Nishi has to dwell on for too long, goin’ right back to happily carrying out his mission! :D I’m impressed that Nishi managed to pull it off to this point, but I guess we’ll hafta see how Cooni ends up handling it! I dunno what he’d do if it or the feathers ended up on an eagle’s butt, so hopefully he can get it back or at least find a suitable replacement! :D Maybe he can even find some other way to pay back Nishi for getting such a special first-theft kiss! :D

Hehe, I figured this'd be the last big thing I'd wrap up in the past for now! I don't think he meant to steal a kiss at first, but he got the hat he was all set on, so we'll just have to see how some boring moralist dude will handle a thief!

Yay! So much good stuff in one simple introduction. *scampers quickly in place* I don't know where to start.

First, I think it's neat to see how Cooni is short for Coonishi. Makes the thought of how, or why, he shortened it a neat thing to consider as the story moves on. Getting to know his personality a little better is also going to be totally great. He is just so quiet and compliant. Getting to know a more deeper, or honest, Cooni will be tons o' fun!

<LoL!> I loved the panel where Nishi pops out of the shrubs. It is a super visualable moment where I just see him going *pop!* and Cooni being all "Heke?" as we lead into the frames that follow. Nicely done!

Lastly, aside from Nishi's clever way of stealing the hat, the Katie Perry reference is a total win. My wife and I laughed tons when that song first came out. We even joked about how weird it is that a girl can sing that song openly on the radio while a guy doing it would likely hit so much red tape it wouldn't even be funny. Way to Rage Against the Machine, Nishi! :)

Hehe, I felt like that'd be good to explain, but we'll hear why it's Cooni later on, I think! :D

And I liked that little surprise moment too. It was fun drawing it both when I did the Nishi-version of this story as well as Cooni's version here!
