Vikrjelen (Vicker-yellen) - Open Species

Q: If I make one, could I tag you?
A: Absolutely!!

Q: What are the purpose for their feathers?
A: Their feathers have multiple purposes! From helping them glide or better
balance themselves from branch-to-branch or steep cliff sides to keeping them
afloat on top of water to displaying wonderful acts to attract a mate or just show
off to others. Some can be very proud and protective of their feathers.

Q: Do they always feature spots and do they HAVE to be so bright (Feathers too)?
A: (1) Some vikr have lighter pelts with dark spots, some have spots that almost
blend into their main fur colour! Almost all vikr will have spots to show off, from
2 or 3 on it's shoulders to being almost completely covered like a king-cheetah.
(2) The more colourful the feathers are, the more proud the vikr is! But, it is not
uncommon for feathers to be as dark as a raven's though.

Q: Must vikrjelen follow a pagan path?
A: Nope! Just like humans, we all have our own choice on which path we choose to follow.

Q: What are strict limitations to colours and fur patterns??
A: As long as it looks natural! (ei: no checkerboard patterns, or strong solid shapes like perfect
stars and crazy things going on. If you look at a leopards spots, they all seem the same but
are all different and moves with the body).
~USUALLY the nose, inner ears, pads and other fleshy bits are similar colours.

Q: What is their intelligence level?
A: Ferals are very similar to ravens/ corvids; They are able to make tools from nature
and out-smart many creatures.

Q: Do their tails have a strict design/ shape?
A: The tails are like snakes or lizards/dragons and usually longer than the body: Start
thicker at the base then slowly thin to a point. They can have any fur scheme going on!
(bare like a snake, look like lion tail with fluff at the end, or completely covered like a fox!)

Q: Can the eyes be heterochromatic?
A: Yep! As long as there are no solid whites or blacks, vikrjelen with pale or really dark parts for
pupil or iris are unsettling to other vikr.

Q: When it comes to nature, do the markings have to be more like birds or lizards?
A: Both or either! Their markings can be as simple as a black wolf with a few dark spots to as complex
as a rainbow shield bug.

Q: What colours can blood be?
A: Can be any DARK colours, ei: Dark green, purple, black, red, even a dark iridescent blue such as Grym's

Q: Can their tusks be of larger or smaller sizes than what's in the ref?
A: Yes, they can open their jaws almost 150-160 degrees, as long as they can still
chow down some something scrumptious it should be good! And smallest they can
be are small nubs poking out, but still visible. Pups to 1 yr have no tusks yet.

Q: Can feathers be on other parts of the body other than the back?
A: Yes!! Feathers can also be featured on the head, full coverage on the neck, elbows/ arms.
