I'm sure you can pull off the look. Worst case scenario, you have some help getting makeup on from a salon and wear a corset to help you get a good figure for the dress. If you wanna go for it, I say at least give it a shot, even if it is just for yourself or your lover to see.
Well, also mean that even if you may not have the look yet, you can still feel sexy from dressing up as you like. I'm a sissy crossdresser and even though my body definitely wouldn't let me pass by any imagination, I still feel sexy and girly while wearing those clothes. May not be apples to apples, but I'd like to think you might find fulfillment in wearing the dress once in a while even if only for your own enjoyment.
