Yet another render of the SquishKid bundle, Espio putting his shoe in, not really noticing there was a bit more to it than he expected >w>
I'm always glad to use less common characters, and Espio definitively needs more love~ Also yea, I gave him grey socks, I think they look real nice on him
Oh, and sorry for it being a bit of a dark render, since... you know, in-shoe stuff, I try to make it look natural

While i can understand the frustration with no sockless edits as I know a lot of people just want the bare feet, I think it really just comes down to if alts like that was discussed between the commissioner and the artist when talking about the ideas and if there will be an extra charge for it.
Like, for this bundle, I tried to give a mix of renders that has bare feet and renders that has socks, though my personal preference will have to be with socks on, but that's just me. I'm also not really sure if Feety does charge extra or not for a sockless version because I never really thought about getting alts like that till now.
In the end, it really depends on what the commissioner wants and if there's a non-sockless version of a render, then it may just what it is

On my end, I feel like I don't do socked art very often, so when I DO make it, it's because it was deliberate, almost a special occasion. Plus, rendering a socked and non-socked version is considerable more work or render time, so if the commissioner don't want it I'll likely not do it
Holy moly that the best insole pic you made!!! ^^. Love the size difference in this and how dark it is from the inside of the shoe it kind makes it more realistic. In my opinion this is already good it doesn't need a sockless version. It is more hot with socks if you know what i mean. Ah and I like the gray colour of the sock they look better than white on espio!!!
