sorry for the 25k, that applies to deviantart. I know its been forever since i have uploaded anything so here is a sexy egyptian beauty. She is one of my sphinxes. No nipples so its rated G.
On to the specifics:
I hate the palm trees, lets just get that out first. i hate them but the pict just didnt look right with out them. Right at the end i got really excited cus i was almost done and feel like i rushed it, but when i try to go back and fix it... just dosnt work out. So there it is.
I am really proud of her, the bed, that wood (referenced from search for wood, thanks :devluciferslostdollie: she also got me a ref photo for the sandstone) I love the sand stone too, i think it came out really well, plus i seem to suck hardcore at doing floor and this one came out half-decent. The carvings in the bed/couch thing actually have meaning, i copied them out of a book about egyptian language and art so blah i tried my best to be accurate even though the pyramids at giza arent really that close to water, but hey it made a great comp.
I spent alot of attention to bluish shadows and yellowish highlights, also the clouds are casting a slight shadow on the sand. The bed shadow came out like a dream on the first try! The clouds eh.. i like parts of them but dislike other parts. the curtains are not matching, one is longer but it matched the composition so i went with it. blah blah, ok i think thats all i have to say about that.
This print will not be limited like my others. However, ligit copies will be individually signed by me and have numbers just not a limited number, ex the first print will have a #1 on it instead of the ussual 1/50. Plus the other ligit will have no copyright and 25k thanks either.

what can i say i love colors, specially blues and greens. lol, yea i suppose i'm just being too much of a perfectionist with those trees. I felt kind of rushed when i got to them so it could just be me, course all that matters is what everyone else thinks. -^_^- thanks!
